Monmouthshire Housing prides itself on high standards and dedication to providing its customers with efficient and effective services. We do however, recognise that there are occasions where MHA and its contractors fail to maintain its high standards and have therefore there is a comprehensive and clear claims procedure and award settlements route available to those wishing to seek recompense.
(It should be noted that compensation given under the Compensation policy is a good will gesture and doesn’t signify the implicit acceptance of legal responsibility or liability on the part of MHA. All payments made under this policy will be issued as full and final settlement for the complaint)
