Monmouthshire Housing Association was established in January 2008 to receive the housing stock of Monmouthshire County Council through a voluntary transfer.

 

Our main purpose is to provide and manage high quality, affordable homes in Monmouthshire for those that need them. We are committed to improving our homes to meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard by 2012.

 

Our mission - To provide high quality homes and services that put people first.

 

The Association manages and maintains around 3,600 homes and 290 leasehold properties, as well as large numbers of garages and other land around and within our estates.
