Maintenance and Repairs

 

Monmouthshire Housing Association is required by law to keep your home in good repair. We will maintain the structure and the outside of your property and the fixtures and fittings inside your home. We will also make sure gas, electricity and water are safely provided.

 

Reporting a repair

You can report a repair in a number of ways,

  • By calling our Repairs Hotline Freefone 0800 980 7751
    (Mon-Thur 8:30am to 5:00pm, Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm).

  • By giving details to any member of the Association's Housing team.

For emergency only out of hours contact, please call 0800 980 7751. Note this number should be used out of hours, i.e. after 5.00pm Mon-Thur and after 4:30pm Fri, ONLY in an emergency.
