Maintenance and Repairs

 

Monmouthshire Housing Association is required by law to keep your home in good repair. We will maintain the structure and the outside of your property and the fixtures and fittings inside your home. We will also make sure gas, electricity and water are safely provided.

 

Reporting a repair

You can report a repair in a number of ways,

  • By calling our Repairs Hotline Freefone 0800 980 7751
    (Mon-Thur 8:30am to 5:00pm, Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm).

  • By using our on-line Repair Reporting Service. Please note, this service will only be actioned during office hours. If you have an emergency, please call 0800 980 7751.

  • By giving details to any member of the Association's Housing team.

For emergency only out of hours contact, please call 0800 980 7751. Note this number should be used out of hours, i.e. bank holidays and after 5.00pm Mon-Thur and after 4:30pm Fri, ONLY in an emergency.

On-line Repair Reporting Service

MHA's on-line Repair Reporting Service allows you to easily and quickly identify the area of your property requiring maintenance using a series of pictures and diagrams. A repair report is then generated and automatically e-mailed to us for attention. Click the image below to begin.
