Staff structures
Our current organisation structure was approved in September 2007. Most staff employed by MHA transferred under TUPE Regulations.
We currently deliver housing services via two housing teams; the North Team, based at Mamhilad and covering the Abergavenny and Monmouth areas, and the Caldicot-based South Team serving the Caldicot and Chepstow areas.
Maintenance services are delivered from depots in Caldicot and Raglan.
Head Office staff are based at our headquarters in Mamhilad.
