The role of an Audit and Risk Committee member is to work with other members to oversee:
- The internal and external audit functions for the Group.
- The discharging of statutory and regulatory duties.
- The systems of risk management and internal control and the performance of these systems.
All committee members must be able to demonstrate our values and support our mission.
Our committees seek to be diverse and representative of the communities they serve and encourages applications from members of under-represented groups, including younger applicants and members of the BAME and LGBTQ community.
