Are you keen to influence and improve the services MHA provides to its tenants? If so, the Service Testing Team is the one for you.
The Service Testing Team is a vibrant group of mystery shoppers that test MHA services from the point of view of you, the tenant, helping us to monitor and improve the services we provide.
To date, the team have been busy reviewing the Rent Payment Line, Informal Complaints process and the standard of cleaning of internal communal areas, with many more checks in the pipeline.
As a member of the team you will learn a variety of transferable skills, make new friends and hopefully have fun!
The team meets every couple of months and you can attend to suit you. Transport can be provided or travel expenses reimbursed, with complimentary buffet and refreshments provided in recognition of your contribution.

Our Tenant Scrutiny Panel consists of a group of tenants coming together monthly to scrutinise all aspects of services offered to tenants and make recommendations to the Board, to improve efficiencies within the organisation.
If you are interested in any of the above but find it difficult to access transport we will provide free transport or pay your travel expenses.
