This much needed development is located in the Anghidi Valley in Tintern. Part funded through the Welsh Government’s Social Housing Grant and Housing Finance Grant, these two and three bedroom homes are the first affordable homes to be built in the area.
Built by Kingfisher Developments and completed in early April, the development has made a real impact on the lives of those families who now call these properties home.
The Anghidi Valley was selected after nearly a decade of planning to ensure the most suitable site was found which could meet the demand for affordable housing in the Tintern area.
As with the location, every effort was made to ensure the design of the new homes matched the surrounding properties and blended in with the local area.
