Monmouthshire Housing Association would like to announce the appointment of Kyle Burgess to the role of Assistant Director or Resources, commencing on the 20th July 2020.

Joining MHA from Two Rivers Housing (TRH) in Gloucestershire, Kyle has spent much of his career within the housing sector with roles at United Welsh and Clarion Housing. He has also worked as a housing & finance systems consultant advising organisations such as Bromford and Wakefield District Housing.

A qualified accountant he will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role, having seen the Housing sector from numerous different perspectives as a senior manager, a consultant and colleague, Kyle has gained strategic and operational expertise in finance management, business planning, IT and business improvement.

With the appointment of a new Director of Resources also in July, this newly created role will allow Kyle to work closely with Gwyndaf Tobias in securing the refinancing that MHA is currently going through along with helping with the implementation of the new Civica systems, creating a solid platform from which MHA can continue to grow and succeed.
