We recently launched our ‘Bright Ideas’ tenant suggestion scheme and we’ve already had two successful suggestions from our tenants!
One of the tenants’ suggestions was to supply the Service Testing Teams with branded equipment so that people are able to easily identify them.
Another brilliant suggestion that was accepted was to provide compost bins for grass cuttings around communal areas, which is a great way of helping the environment.
As a result of the two ideas being accepted, both of the tenants have received a £50 thank you.
We’ve also got another four suggestions that are currently being considered by the team so keep your eyes peeled.
