The Coronavirus has been in the headlines for some time now, and we have been busy planning on how we can minimise the effect on our tenants. Public Health Wales has advised on how to protect yourself, and we would ask that all our tenants keep themselves up to date with the latest health advice.

At the moment we have made some changes to the way that we deliver our repairs service. Our current repairs service arrangements are:

We are only making appointments for emergency repairs.
Please do not contact us with non-urgent repairs.
Our gas servicing appointments will continue as normal.
We have suspended all kitchen, bathroom and boiler replacement works in order to reduce contact between tenants and staff.
We will still undertake works in communal and outside areas subject to risk assessments. We are reducing the number of visits we make to tenants homes. If you need to contact us please telephone or email and we can provide advice or guidance with regards to any non-urgent repairs. When you make contact with us we will be asking questions about your health and travel history.

If you advise us that you are self-isolating or have symptoms our operatives will attend to your property wearing protective clothing and a mask.

This information will up-date regularly, so please make sure you keep checking for the latest information.
