Your health and safety and that of our staff is our number one priority and is at the heart of every decision we make.

Whilst the environment around us is uncertain, please be reassured MHA have over 250 caring, dedicated, professional staff working together to do their very best to continue to provide you with essential core services.

Our services

We are continuing to deliver our core services in line with the ongoing guidance we are receiving from the Government.  We understand that these are extremely worrying times for our customers but we are working hard to minimise the impact on the services that we provide to you

Generally, we are reducing face to face contact. This includes postponement of any scheduled or non-essential maintenance but will continue to deliver emergency repairs, carry out essential health & safety work and are continuing to let new homes to those in need.

Emergency Repairs

If we are due to carry out an emergency repair to your home, it’s important that you let us know before we arrive if you or any of your household are self-isolating (please refer to our coronavirus repairs update). Our colleagues will be following strict hygiene whilst in your home.  They will also be sanitising areas they touch and wiping down tools they use, whilst adhering to social distancing guidance, which means they will need to stay at least 2 metres away from you at all times.

Financial hardship

If you have been affected by coronavirus or have been subjected to changes in employment during this time, and are worried about your ability to pay your rent please contact our income team via the Mainline.
