MHA’s TPAS Tenant of the Year

MHA tenant Emlyn Lunn has been crowned TPAS Cymru (Tenant Participation Advisory Service) Tenant of the Year at an award ceremony held at the Park Hotel, Cardiff. The award is for his tenant engagement with MHA and volunteering undertaken in the local community.

Emlyn is Vice Chair of MHA’s Scrutiny Panel and is a former member of our Service Testing Team. He has been volunteering with us for six years and his knowledge and insight has helped us with many service reviews including the engagement and ground maintenance reviews to name just two.

The award is a fantastic recognition for Emlyn for all of the hard work that he has put in to help us to improve the services that we offer to tenants. Congratulations Emlyn!
