After clicking the Pay Now button you will be asked for your name, address and contact details before being transferred to our secure payment processing service where your credit/debit card details will be collected.
As well as being the easiest and most convenient way of paying for leaseholders, Direct Debit is also MHA’s preferred method and we encourage as many of our leaseholders as possible to pay this way.

A Direct Debit can be set up for any day of the month and for any frequency including weekly, fortnightly, monthly, four weekly and quarterly. Please advise us when you call your preferred choice.

You can make a payment over the phone using a debit or credit card by calling us free (including from a mobile) on 0345 677 2277.
Select option 1 for the 24-hour Automated Payment Line or,
Select option 2 if you wish to speak to an advisor (between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, or 8.30am and 4:30pm on Friday).
Please have your card and leaseholder reference number to hand to help us process your payment.
If you use internet banking via your bank or building society’s website or mobile phone app, you can set up MHA as a payee for your service charges using account number 40601837 and Sort Code 20-01-43.
Please note – ensure you give your leaseholder reference number or property address when making payments – otherwise we will not be able to credit the payment to your account.
Online banking uses the Faster Payments Scheme (FPS) and is a free and secure service to transfer money.
Paypoint and Post Office – You can now use your AllPay Payment card at any Post Office or shop displaying the PayPoint logo. If you need to replace your AllPay payment card or have any questions please contact us on 0345 677 2277.
