Edenstone Homes Overview
Monmouthshire Housing Association, working with Edenstone Homes, will be creating a total of 50 homes on Tudor Road in Wyesham, near Monmouth.
The development will consist of 18 one bed flats, six two bed flats, 12 two bed houses, 12 three bed houses and two four bed houses.
All homes will be low carbon, net zero and achieve an EPC A rating.
Work began in July 2026 and is set to be completed by October 2028.
