To submit a general enquiry message to MHA via text, start your message with the word GEN or GENQUIRY (please do not use any punctuation after it or start a new line, just add a space) and send it to 07538 004 004. Please include as much detail as possible to ensure your enquiry is passed to the correct MHA personnel. For example, GEN What are MHA’s opening hours?
Neighbourhood Officer callback
If you are an existing MHA tenant and would like your Neighbourhood Officer to call you to discuss some aspect of your tenancy, send the word CALLME to 07538 004 004. Please note CALLME is all one word with no space.
Please note, standard text message charges apply, i.e. you will be charged the standard rate for each message you send by your mobile phone provider or have it deducted from your allowance in the normal way.
