iConnect

iConnect isn’t just about getting online; it’s also about giving you the skills and confidence to navigate the digital world. With the help of our wonderful Digital Coach and the iConnect Volunteers, we offer face-to-face support at our Digital Surgeries across the county.

 

We can help provide MHA tenants includes:

  • Support with using a smart phone, tablet or laptop
  • Help to navigate the Universal Credit (UC) Portal
  • Assistance accessing emails, WhatsApp and social media
  • Support to download and navigate Apps including our MHA App
  • Gain access to online services, including bills and banking
  • Laptop loans
  • Support sourcing affordable devices and broadband deal
  • Provide free SIM cards containing data, calls and texts
  • General digital upskilling
  • Free e-learning and training opportunities

Digital Support Session – TogetherWORKS Caldicot

Wednesdays, 1pm–3pm
Come along to our weekly digital support session at TogetherWORKS Caldicot. Whether you need help getting online, using digital tools, or building your confidence with technology, we’re here to help.

Please call ahead to book your place.

 

 

From 23rd September 2025, you can find us at the following locations:

  • Tuesdays (starting on 23rd Sept) – Radstock Court, Abergavenny
    Drop in for digital help, advice, and support with everyday tech challenges.
  • Every other Wednesday (starting on 24th Sept)  The Reddings, Chepstow
    Times to be confirmed. Keep an eye out for updates or get in touch for more info.

 

 

1-to-1 Digital Coaching

We also offer one-to-one appointments with our friendly digital coach. These sessions are tailored to your needs – whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to improve specific skills like using apps, accessing online services, or staying safe online.
