Overview

 

 

Work to demolish the existing building is set to begin in September 2026, to make way for four three bedroom houses, three two bedroom houses, 10 two bedroom flats and 12 one bedroom flats. The properties will be available across a range of tenures, including Social Rent, Intermediate Rent and Market Rent.

 

 

Construction is set to begin in January 2027 and complete by June 2028.
