Overview

Monmouthshire Housing Association’s first development in Newport will consist of high-quality, energy-efficient affordable homes 42 new homes for social rent.
Over the coming months, work will continue on site in preparation for construction of the development, which is due to begin in spring 2027. Once complete, the development will include 21 two-bedroom houses, five three-bedroom houses and 16 one-bedroom apartments.

MHA’s design team for Mon Bank include LeTrucco Design Architecture, PHG Engineering Consultants and LRM Planning.
