Local Groups invited to apply for Community Funding thumbnail

We’re proud to work alongside generous contractors who don’t just build homes – they help create happy and thriving communities.

Our contractors’ contributions go beyond bricks and mortar, they invest in our Community Benefit Fund (CBF), laying the groundwork for positive lasting local impact.

Our CBF is here to give back to the community and support projects that make a real difference. Whether you’re a community group, charity, school, or not-for-profit organisation. If your work strengthens community connections, creates opportunities, or enhances the lives of MHA tenants, you could be eligible for funding boost to support a new or existing project.
