
We are delighted to announce MHA Group have secured a new £20m credit facility with lender Barclays.

The new £20 million revolving credit facility provides us with the flexibility to invest in much-needed high-quality, sustainable, affordable homes. The funding enables us to accelerate our development plans and expansion into a wider geographical area and strengthen our services for residents; ultimately supporting the Welsh Government to meet its target of delivering 20,000 new low carbon homes for social rent by 2026.
We are also delighted to continue working with Barclays and key funding partners; Savills and Trowers who demonstrated a strong understanding of our business, social purpose and strategic goals.

Barclays are delighted to continue with our support longstanding client Monmouthshire Housing Association with a new £20m Revolving Credit Facility. This will help fund ongoing investment in their existing stock and the delivery of increased affordable housing across South East Wales.
MHA own and manage over 4,000 homes across South Wales and have ambitious plans to increase its portfolio to manage 5000 homes by 2030 and support the delivery of MHA’s wider Environmental, Social and, Governance (ESG) aims.
