We are delighted to confirm the appointment of Gwyndaf Tobias as our new Chief Executive.
Gwyndaf has been successfully leading the organisation in an interim capacity since November 2024, providing strong and effective leadership through a period of change and growth. Following a comprehensive and robust recruitment process run by external consultants Campbell Tickell, the Board is pleased to confirm his appointment to the role on a substantive basis.
Gwyndaf has been part of MHA’s senior leadership team for over 5 years, having served as Director of Resources and Deputy Chief Executive Officer during that time. He brings a deep understanding of MHA’s communities, values and ambitions, and a clear commitment to delivering excellent homes and services for residents across MHA’s operating area.
