At MHA, EDI runs through our core, we are committed to developing an inclusive culture, where we listen closely to our residents, encourage colleagues to bring their authentic self to work, feel safe to share their lives with us and feel heard.
For us, signing up to the pledge felt like a natural step that aligns with our commitments. It goes beyond words and allows us to demonstrate how we live and breathe our values through meaningful actions, ensuring everyone feels welcome and celebrated.
