From time to time we hold focus groups where staff and tenants evaluate the performance of specific areas of our business. The people involved are those who have experience of the particular service and they will then work to achieve an outcome based upon their findings.
In the past our themed focus groups have made recommendations for improvements in the following areas:
- Setting service standards for grounds maintenance
- The use of the communal lounges in older person housing schemes
- Redesign of the letters that tenants receive regarding their rent
- Review of estate management services
The Engagement team will make contact with tenants who have expressed an interest in being part of a Themed Focus Group.
