We are committed to building 500 new homes in Monmouthshire during the next five years. Keep up to date with our latest and upcoming developments here.
Each of our developments seek to meet the present day housing needs without compromising future demand to ensure all our homes are forever homes.
Our latest developments include Cwrt Y Ffynnon, Abergavenny and Cwrt Llwyfen, Caldicot which are funded through the Welsh Government’s Innovative Housing Programme. The homes are being delivered in partnership with the Welsh School of Architecture – Cardiff University. The show homes will be open at Cwrt Llwyfen at the end of May and Cwrt Y Ffynnon in June.
We deliver our affordable housing by working with private developers as well as redeveloping existing MHA sites (obsolete accommodation / garages), converting non-residential sites into residential accommodation whilst also seeking land for new build developments.
Being in a rural county, we understand the need to develop homes in locations where affordable options are limited and have completed a number of developments to secure sustainable, good quality housing in rural communities. Our expertise and experience has led us to progress rural housing projects for Monmouthshire County Council.
Consultation and community involvement has become an integral part of the process and we are continually looking for ways to involve communities in what we do.
