Here to help

We are here to help our leaseholders with any queries they may have about their lease. If you cannot find an answer to your question in the frequently asked questions section, please email customerservices@monmouthshirehousing.co.uk or contact us on 0345 677 2277.

Leaseholder handbook

The Leaseholder Handbook provides information on the services leaseholders receive from MHA. It also outlines leaseholders’ rights and responsibilities and our responsibilities as a landlord. Although the handbook is not a substitute for legal advice and does not replace the lease. Other information booklets can be found in the ‘Useful information’ section below.

Service charges

As a leaseholder you are required to contribute towards a service charge, under the terms of your lease. The Association is legally required to collect these from leaseholders to help fund the day-to-day running costs of blocks of flats.

The charge goes towards repair costs, insurance and management of the building and administration on our leasehold management service.
