As a new tenant you will be supported from your point of offer & pre-tenancy appointment by the New Homes team for who will continue to support you through the first weeks of your tenancy.
The New Homes team offers an enhanced housing management service to new tenants to help you settle into your home. We provide assistance, support you to manage your rent account and can refer you to other services to provide specialist help.
You will have a New Tenant Visit in 4-6 weeks after you move in, where you & your New Homes Officer will review your tenancy and situation. You will then be moved across to a Neighbourhood Officer and an Income Officer, who will both support you with your tenancy going forward, instead of your New homes Officer.

Moneywise is a free confidential service offered by MHA to help and support tenants make more of their money and maximise their incomes.
