We are delighted to welcome two new Non-Executive Directors with a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors, to MHA’s board.

Lynda Campbell (HR and change management) has a 20 year + career in senior leadership where she led a team of 3500 people across multiple sites for a major utility organisation in the UK. In the last 7 years she has worked with a variety of organisations in many sectors, supporting them with their people and cultural strategy and service experience, which included 2 years with one of the largest Housing Associations in England.

Lynda said:

“I am thrilled to be joining the MHA team, mainly because I can relate to the ambition of the board and senior team in their business model of supporting the development of people and teams who in turn support their customers. My background in creating high performing cultures through the development of people is a great fit for the ambition of MHA and I look forward to working with everyone to achieve their vision”.

Nicola Tindale (construction) is a very experienced property professional having jointly set up, and been an executive director of, a property development company for over 27 years. Her particular experience is of residential development, seeking to create architecturally excellent homes and quality environments.

A member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Nicola is passionate about building environments that create community and homes that can foster lives.

Nicola has three adult children and so knows only too well the struggle to afford rents and the clear need for affordable homes, she said:

“I am delighted to have joined the board of MHA and am looking forward to working with the executive and non-executive teams to ensure MHA continue to provide excellent quality homes and services”.
