Service suspension and service charges

To ensure we protect our customers and staff as much as possible, some of our grounds maintenance services, undertaken by Monmouthshire County Council, were temporarily suspended at the start of lockdown.

The good news is, whilst strictly adhering to the Welsh Government’s guidance, the grounds maintenance services are now gradually getting back up and running.

However, in such an unpredictable environment, it is impossible to say at this stage which grounds maintenance services will not have been completed by the end of the grounds maintenance year in April 2021.

We are therefore requesting all tenants continue to pay their grounds maintenance service charge, and that any adjustments needed to reflect services not delivered, will be calculated at the year end and reflected in the service charge for the following year.
