We would like to hear your thoughts on the redevelopment of the land to the north of Caldicot School off Woodstock Way in Caldicot for a new residential development.

 

We will be holding a public exhibition at the Caldicot Choir Hall (44 Mill Lane, Caldicot, NP26 5DD) between 3:00pm and 7:00pm on Wednesday the 17th May 2023.

Site: Land adjacent to Caldicot School, Caldicot, Monmouthshire, NP26 5XA.

Proposal: Proposed residential development of 46 affordable dwellings, car parking, landscaping and associated works.

Accommodation: Mix of accommodation will include 26 one-bedroom apartments, 3 two-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom houses, 5 three-bedroom houses and 2 four-bedroom houses.
