


Allpay: new ways to pay your rent
MHA tenants who do not currently pay their rent by Direct Debit or Standing Order will have received a new card through their letterboxes from Tuesday 3 August. This card gives you your new Allpay Reference Number.
What to do now?
Firstly, you need to register your Allpay Reference Number (the number that appears under your name on the Allpay card. You will also be asked for the long number on the front of your Allpay card) on the Allpay website: www.allpayments.net . You will need your e-mail address to do this. You need to do this for the service below.
The allpay app is a mobile application (App) available to download FREE from the Apple App Store or Windows Phone store and Google Play enabling you to pay your bills from your Apple, Windows or Android smartphone.
Using allpay’s Payment App
Getting started
You can download the free Allpay app from iTunes App Store (for Apple IOS) or Google Play (for Android) devices. The app can be downloaded to a smartphone or tablet.
You can then log in to the App using the same details as when you registered your card. Follow the instructions on the App to make a payment.

Pay by Text
You simply need a UK-registered mobile phone, and a valid allpay swipecard and a current debit or credit card (debit card only if you prefer).
After a brief registration online (see below for more details) you can pay your bills anytime, anyplace, anywhere by simply texting a code and the amount you wish to pay to a designated number.
This service works in complete harmony with all other payment methods from allpay and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Getting Started
Register your mobile number at www.allpayments.net/textpay . You will be allocated a unique code and you will be allocated a password, which you will need to send with the amount you want to pay, as instructions below:
Example Text Message: Pay rent 5.00 1234
You can check your text code and password at any time by logging on to www.allpayments.net/textpay and viewing the card you have registered.
All text messages are to be sent to 81025 to make the payment. You will receive a text message in reply (can take up to 3 minutes) to tell you whether the payment was made successfully
Paypoint and Post Office – You can now use your Allpay Payment card at any Post Office or shop displaying the PayPoint logo. If you need to replace your AllPay payment card or have any questions please contact us on 0345 677 2277.
You can search and find all the different Paypoint and Post Office outlets available in the country, where you can make rent payments by visiting the Payment Outlets page or Post Office branch finder.
