We recognise the importance of having the right support at the right time, which is tailored to your needs. Our support team can help you to manage your tenancy, live independently in your home and get involved with local groups and activities in your community. We work with a range of other organisations and have already achieved some fantastic results which have made a real difference to people’s lives.
If you are aged 16 or over, are at risk of losing your home, need some help with managing your tenancy or need some support to live independently in your home or community, we may be able to help you.
We cover the whole of Monmouthshire and the service is available to anyone, not just MHA tenants. We can help enhance your quality of life by providing help and advice with things like welfare benefits, debt and managing your money.
We enable people to have a voice and help them to manage their own tenancy, set up utilities, liaise with their landlord, to feel safe in their home and to feel like a part of the community. The team look to provide support to prevent homelessness and will help to make sure that you are living in a home that meets your needs.
